The Client

Irelands Real Estate Agents and Property Managers are a family owned company that offer expert advice on everything to do with property; from buying and selling to renting and investing. With a 28 year history in Canterbury Real Estate, they have a long standing reputation for service, individual attention and local knowledge.

The Challenge

Muritai Group had worked with Irelands for several years helping them action their marketing programme for their property management business. When Irelands expanded their operation into real estate sales, they wanted a look and feel for the new part of the business that was real estate sales focused while still being consistent with Ireland’s branding.

The Solution

Starting with a brand audit, we identified the key brand elements that were critical to Irelands brand then developed creative design, communications, copy and marketing collateral that was clearly Irelands but also established and positioned the company as players in the Christchurch real estate market.
